Morton's The Steakhouse

I recently dined at Morton's Steakhouse in Boca Raton and had an incredible experience. Our server, Tessa, provided exceptional service throughout the evening. The food was beyond delicious, with my wife thoroughly enjoying the salmon with lobster macaroni and cheese, and I couldn't get enough of their popular prime Cajun steak, paired with the equally delightful lobster macaroni and cheese. Overall, it was a truly amazing dining experience.

I was in Boca Raton for business and decided to try Mortons. An absolutely wonderful dining experience. I ordered the Cajun rib eye, cooked to perfection, and seasonings were spot on. I would rank this in my top three. Also had a loaded baked potato, which was excellent. I finished the meal with a creme brulee that was fantastic as well. It had a beautiful caramelized top like glass. The service was outstanding. I would definitely recommend Mortons to anyone, particularly those who've never experienced it.

I recently dined at here with my family, and while the ambiance was pleasant overall, I must express my disappointment with a particular incident. The restaurant boasted a lively atmosphere, with the noise level reaching around 80 decibels. However, my experience took an unexpected turn when the manager Brad approached me 2 times stating that playing a video on my cellphone to calm my child wasn't permitted due to noise concerns. He claims that they don’t allow videos and that I had to completely turn off my phone. This policy struck me as rather unusual, especially given the ambient noise level in the establishment. Having frequented numerous fine dining establishments, I've never encountered such a restrictive policy. It's disheartening to feel restricted, especially when attempting to ensure a peaceful experience for my family. I won’t be coming back here thanks Brad. Steak restaurants in Boca are a dime in a dozen here so we won’t be missing Morton’s. On a positive note our server J.P was wonderful and on point. Thanks J.P for lightening the mood and ensuring my family and I had a good time at Morton’s.

We go to Morton's for special occasions. They have the best steaks you will ever eat. The service is world class, just impeccable. The food is perfect, flawless, and they pour great drinks. It is on the expensive side but worth every penny. There are private wine lockers for the regulars to store their favorite wines in. I understand there is a waiting list for these wine lockers. Absolutely top notch in every way. The best steak and seafood you will ever have.

My husband and I came to Morton’s for our anniversary, and it was the most wonderful experience. The manager John created our very own special menu wishing us Happy Anniversary, and took a picture of us and even printed it out and put it in a beautiful Morton’s photo folder. It was such a special touch that made the night that much more special. Our waiter JP was extremely helpful with the menu, and made great recommendations. Our steaks were the best we’ve ever had, the sides, sour cream mashed potatoes and the corn soufflé were full of flavor and the perfect dishes to accompany our steaks. They gave us a complimentary lava cake and words can’t describe how delicious it was! We were so incredibly happy with our experience, the manager and waiter were extremely accommodating and efficient, service is top notch, we were so impressed. Thank you for making our anniversary so special!
